Big Papa’s Sauces

Big Papa has been cooking up his own sweet & spicy sauce for the past 25 years in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. In 2010 so many family and friends were demanding sauce that Big Papa couldn’t produce it fast enough to keep up with the demand, so with the help of family, friends & of course Mama we are bringing it from our kitchen to yours.

We created our recipes through good, old fashioned trial and error, always striving for flavor first. We ended up creating four specialty sauces that each have distinctive characteristics and complex, layered flavors that end in an intense flavorful sensation. Look closely at our products and you will see wholesome fresh ingredients that give them outstanding consistency, texture and appearance as well as phenomenal flavor.

Our sauces are delicious with breakfast, lunch, or dinner and can be used as marinades for wings, beef, pork, poultry or fish. They can be used as dipping sauces or as condiments on oysters, sandwiches, and soups. All your favorites including anything that moves!
